Brooke and Chet chose the most perfect and neutral backdrop for their wedding – The Grand Ivory in Leonard, Tx. With white walls, toffee colored bridesmaids’ dresses and black suits, there were endless floral color palettes to choose from! Brooke was a little more concerned with her oversized flower crown than color choices when we first met, which is fair! That flower crown ended up being the centerpiece of her wedding floral! We made one for her, and one for her golden dog, Honey, but when she saw them in person, she decided she was going to be flower crown queen and switch them out after her ceremony. If you were concerned about Honey’s feelings, don’t worry, she got a sweet bandana to wear instead. As for their colors, we decided to go with a warm palette of yellows and golds with accents of pink and rust in the form of the gorgeous Coffee Break rose. Some simple greenery, amber glass budvases with protea and peonies, plus some votive candles were really the only other things this wedding needed. Oh, and a soft serve machine and custom denim jackets and a couple of other dogs, but seriously that’s it.
