A colorful and casual wedding with ALL the coolest details…
We are so excited to showcase the wedding of The Boggs’ – Ridglea Theater in Ft. Worth! Our bride Grace and sister Sarah created such a fun and unique wedding full of color and life! The Ridglea Theater, originally built in 1947, has been restored to its authentic feel with its terrazzo tile floors and grand balcony. A beautiful cross adorned with flowers was the focal point during their joining! Salsa Limon food truck and The Tamale Company were catered for the reception as well as a chic 4-tier cake from the one and only Crumb & Kettle. Each place setting was carefully thought out with a custom menu, Topo Chico, reusable straw as a favor, and stylish fruit slices! Grace really wanted her wedding to feel like a “prom for adults” so the night included lots of dancing, cotton candy, sparklers!
The Boggs’ – Ridglea Theater Floral
I used a range of colors pulled from their invite! Dahlias of course were in the mix because I just can’t help myself, as well as white cosmos for a wildflower pop, Earl Gray roses to tie in the bridesmaid’s dresses and pops of coral spray roses and ranunculus. This wedding color palette is proof that you can be ultra colorful without it looking like a traditional rainbow!
You can see some palms peeking out in the corner here of The Spanish-Mediterranean murals covering most of the walls in the downstairs foyer area.
Multiple balloon installs throughout the venue really made it feel fun and festive while still being cohesive with the space!
These theater seats were saved from an old movie house in New York and are the absolute dreamiest shade of teal! They made an amazing setting for for some of Grace and Matt’s portraits.
