The Johnsons’ wedding was a dream project for us at The Floral Eclectic. It was the kind of day where color, personality, and intentional design all come together. And in a way that feels joyful and deeply personal. From the ceremony to the fashion-forward wedding party blooms, every arrangement was designed to feel layered and full of movement.
We leaned fully into a vibrant palette of coral, hot pink, and soft blush. We also added lavender, peach, and pops of citrus yellow, balanced with fresh greens. This combination gave the florals a playful energy while still feeling romantic and refined. The goal was never subtle. These colorful wedding florals convey confidence and celebrate love loudly.

The bride’s bouquet was intentionally abundant. It features blush and coral garden roses, lavender sweet peas, pink calla lilies, hydrangea, allium, snapdragons, and trailing amaranthus. We added flowing pink silk ribbon to enhance movement and create softness against the clean lines of her gown. The bouquet felt romantic but unstructured and added to their colorful wedding florals. It’s a piece designed to look like it was gathered straight from a wildly beautiful garden.

For the bridesmaids, we created petite calla lily bouquets in rich jewel and sunset tones like deep plum, coral, and creamy blush. I wrapped each bouquet with soft ribbon tails, which kept them cohesive with the bridal florals while allowing the bold dress colors to shine. The simplicity of the calla lilies gave a modern contrast to the bride’s lush bouquet and photographed beautifully against the vibrant gowns.

The groom’s boutonniere featured a striking mix of peach roses, mini calla lilies, and soft blue accents, designed to stand out against his black tuxedo. The groomsmen wore coordinating boutonnieres that echoed the same color story, keeping the look polished but playful. These small floral moments tied the full design together without overpowering the tailored attire.

One of our favorite elements from the day- the grounded floral installations we used throughout the ceremony space. We designed lush arrangements featuring coral spray roses, pink garden roses, lavender stock, yellow billy balls, hydrangea, and airy greenery, placed intentionally to frame the space and create impact without traditional arches.
The installations felt organic and immersive, almost as if the florals were growing into the room. Soft draping fabric woven through the arrangements added a romantic, editorial feel and tied back to the bride’s bouquet ribbons.

The cake display was styled with pink roses, coral blooms, and graphic black-and-white plinths, creating a bold visual moment that felt playful and modern. Bright candles in coordinating tones added warmth and personality, proving that florals don’t have to live only on tables or in hands—they can be part of the entire visual experience.

Every floral choice for the Johnsons’ wedding was made with intention. Nothing felt generic or overly traditional—this was a celebration that embraced color, creativity, and personality, and we loved every second of bringing it to life.
Designing weddings like this is why we do what we do. Florals aren’t just décor. They’re storytelling tools, and the Johnsons’ day was one we’ll never forget.
If you’re dreaming of color-forward, artful wedding florals designed with intention, we’d love to create something unforgettable for you.
