Working with Michele + Ryan was a dream come true. Their wedding took place at the Old Frankford Church, nestled in historic North Dallas. The community that the church was originally a part of dates back to the 1850s, and it has been restored in more recent years. When I saw the rich mahogany inside the building, I knew that the colors needed to be bold in order to pop.
2021 was a wild year for weddings. One of last year’s trends I loved was the fruit trend! I saw so many couples incorporating fruit into their floral, and it brought out a whole new level of creativity in me! While I loved some of them, such as the fruit, there were also a few that I’m ready to leave behind.
So as we’re into the first part of 2022, I thought it was time to break down some of the wedding trends I see unfolding this calendar year. Let’s dive in!
Wow, what a year 2021 was! Looking back, it’s crazy to see how many incredible couples we worked with in just one short year. How do you know if you’re booking the right vendor? What information should you have mapped out before you meet? While a wedding planner can help with a lot of this, I want to make sure you’re prepared on the floral side.

Enjoy Aaren + Will’s sunrise ceremony. An overcast morning where love was celebrated. So happy to have played a part in their thoughtful day. We […]
