When most people think about a Texas corporate florist, they picture centerpieces, cocktail arrangements, or flowers placed throughout a venue. While those details certainly matter, I’ve always believed my role is much bigger than that. Every event is an opportunity to create an experience, evoke emotion, and tell a story before a single word is spoken.
That’s what first drew me to event design. Flowers may have introduced me to this industry, but creating immersive environments is what keeps me inspired. As a Texas corporate florist, I’ve discovered that the most memorable events aren’t simply beautiful—they’re intentional. Every color, texture, light, installation, and floral element works together to create a feeling that guests remember long after they’ve gone home.
I’ve always been fascinated by the way people interact with a space. It’s amazing how a room can completely change someone’s mood. A blank ballroom can become energetic and exciting. A warehouse can feel warm and inviting. A corporate venue can transform into an immersive brand experience that reflects a company’s personality and values. Design has the power to influence the way people experience a moment, and I never take that responsibility lightly.

What excites me most about event design is the challenge. Every client brings a different vision, different goals, and a different audience. No two events should ever look alike because no two stories are the same. I love taking an idea that exists only in conversation and turning it into something guests can walk through, photograph, and experience firsthand.
Corporate events, in particular, have become one of my favorite creative outlets. Many people assume they’re limited by branding guidelines or professional expectations, but I see those as opportunities rather than restrictions. Every brand has a personality, and every event should communicate it. Whether it’s a product launch, holiday party, networking event, grand opening, or company celebration, thoughtful design helps reinforce a brand’s message in ways that words alone never could.
Being a Texas corporate florist means thinking beyond bouquets. It means asking how guests will enter a space, what they’ll notice first, where they’ll gather, and what moments they’ll want to capture. It means considering how floral installations can guide movement, create conversation, and leave a lasting impression. Every design decision should support the overall experience, not simply fill empty space.
One of my favorite parts of the creative process is collaboration. Some of the best ideas happen when planners, marketing teams, photographers, venues, and designers come together with one shared vision. Watching those ideas evolve from sketches and mood boards into a fully realized event never gets old. It’s incredibly rewarding to see months of planning come to life and watch guests experience it for the first time.

I also love that event design constantly pushes me to think differently. One project might call for lush, garden-inspired florals, while the next requires modern sculptural installations, custom fabrication, dramatic lighting, or unexpected materials. Those creative challenges keep my work fresh and encourage me to continue learning, experimenting, and growing as a designer.
For me, flowers have never been about filling a vase. They’re a design element that helps shape an environment. They soften architecture, introduce movement, create texture, and bring life into spaces that might otherwise feel static. Combined with thoughtful styling, lighting, and installation work, flowers become part of something much larger than themselves.
As a Texas corporate florist, I want every event I design to feel intentional from the moment guests arrive. I want people to notice the details without necessarily realizing why they feel so connected to the space. I want them to leave inspired, excited, and talking about the experience long after the event has ended. That’s the kind of work that motivates me every day.
The Floral Eclectic has grown far beyond weddings. While celebrating couples will always be a meaningful part of my business, I’m equally passionate about partnering with brands, businesses, and organizations that want to create unforgettable experiences. Whether it’s a corporate gala, brand activation, holiday celebration, conference, editorial installation, or product launch, my goal remains the same: to design spaces that tell a story and leave a lasting impression.
At the heart of every project is creativity. I believe great event design isn’t about following trends or recreating what’s already been done. It’s about understanding the people behind the event, uncovering what makes their story unique, and translating that into an environment that feels authentic.
That’s why I do what I do. Not because I love flowers—although I certainly do—but because I love what thoughtful design can do for people. It has the power to inspire, connect, celebrate, and transform ordinary spaces into unforgettable experiences. That’s the kind of work I’m passionate about creating, and it’s only the beginning.
