The Floral Eclectic may call Dallas home, but I never want my work to be limited to one city. As a destination florist, I love traveling somewhere new, and creating floral designs that feel completely at home in their surroundings.
Every city has its own personality, architecture, colors, people, and energy. I love taking those details and letting them influence my designs. That is what makes destination weddings and events so exciting to me.
Cincinnati specifically has been on my mind for a while.

I have friends in Cincinnati, so the city already feels personal to me. Every time I spend time there, I find another reason to love it. I love the historic architecture, the neighborhoods, the arts and music scene, the food, and the creative energy throughout the city.
There is something about Cincinnati that feels both historic and unexpected. It has beautiful old buildings and venues with stories behind them, but it also has a modern, creative side that makes it feel like the perfect place for The Floral Eclectic.
I would love the opportunity to work with Cincinnati couples who want wedding flowers that feel personal, artistic, colorful, and a little unexpected.
Being a Cincinnati florist would also give me the chance to build relationships within a city that I already love. I don’t just want to fly in for an event, create the flowers, and fly home. I want to meet local planners, photographers, venues, designers, and other creative people. I want to discover the city and become part of its creative community.
And having friends there certainly doesn’t hurt!

To me, being a destination florist means being willing to go wherever the work and creativity take me.
It could mean traveling a few hours from Dallas for a wedding, flying across the country for an event, or designing a large-scale floral installation in a city I’ve never worked in before.
I love that every destination presents a new creative challenge.
A wedding in a historic Cincinnati venue shouldn’t necessarily look like a wedding in a modern Dallas space. A celebration in New Orleans might call for something completely different from an event in Palm Springs. I want the location to become part of the design rather than simply being the backdrop.
That is one of my favorite parts of event design. I get to walk into a space, take in the architecture, lighting, surroundings, and the client’s personality, and then figure out how flowers can transform the experience. I would love to be a Cincinnati florist.

I don’t just want to be a Cincinnati florist.
New Orleans, Louisiana is definitely near the top. The architecture, gardens, music, food, and history make it such an incredible creative environment. I would love to create something lush, dramatic, colorful, and completely at home in New Orleans.
Savannah, Georgia is another dream. Between the historic squares, Southern architecture, moss-covered trees, and beautiful venues, there is inspiration everywhere. I can already picture romantic floral designs with a little bit of The Floral Eclectic’s unexpected personality mixed in.
I would also love to work in Charleston, South Carolina. I love the combination of historic architecture, gardens, coastal scenery, and Southern charm. There is so much opportunity to take a classic setting and make the flowers feel more modern and unexpected.
Then there is Palm Springs, California, which would be an entirely different creative playground. Give me mid-century architecture, desert landscapes, bold colors, and an editorial event, and I am in.
New York City is another bucket-list destination. I would love to create a huge floral installation for a wedding, fashion event, or brand activation where the flowers become part of the architecture and experience.
I would also love to create in Santa Fe, New Mexico, where the desert landscape and art scene would provide an entirely different color palette and source of inspiration, and Portland, Oregon, where the creative culture and love of plants feel very aligned with me.

Dallas will always be an important part of my story. It is where I built The Floral Eclectic, developed my design style, and grew my business.
But I don’t want to stop there.
I want to work with couples, planners, brands, and businesses who are excited about doing something different. I want to discover new cities, work in incredible spaces, meet other creatives, and create flowers that feel connected to the people and places surrounding them.
Maybe that means a wedding in Cincinnati one weekend, a brand activation in New Orleans the next, and a colorful Palm Springs celebration later in the year.
That sounds pretty perfect to me.
If you’re looking for a Cincinnati florist who is ready to travel, dream big, and bring a distinctly eclectic perspective to your wedding or event, I would absolutely love to work with you.
Cincinnati, I’m ready when you are.
